Scott MacKay
Scott MacKay formed Probe in 1994 after serving as Research
Director with the Angus Reid Group.
Mr. MacKay holds a Master's degree in Political Studies and
has taught courses in Canadian politics at the University of Manitoba.
As a keen professional observer of Canadian politics and elections,
Mr. MacKay and Probe have conducted a wide variety of political
surveys for various media including radio, TV and newspapers.

Rod Chapman
Rod Chapman (BA, MCS) is a Calgary information broker whose
Internet-based research company provides business intelligence to
corporate clients. Knowledge Navigators specializes in web-based
information search and retrieval services along with customized
research projects designed to meet individual client needs.
As a distance education instructor with the Faculty of
Information Studies at the University of Toronto, Rod teaches two
web-based courses, Current Awareness Services on the Net and Internet
Competitive Intelligence.
Rod holds memberships in the Society of Competitive
Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), the Association of Independent
Information Professionals (AIIP), and the Strategic Leadership Forum
(SLF).
Rod has written extensively for magazines, newspapers and
corporations. He has prepared annual and company reports, press
releases, brochures and newsletters. He has also edited numerous
publications and six books.
He has served in a number of organizational roles, including
Publications Supervisor with the XV Olympic Winter Games Organizing
Committee and Director of Public Affairs at the University of Calgary.
His work in higher education earned seven public relations awards,
including a Grand Gold from the Council for the Advancement and
Support of Education (CASE).
Rod holds an undergraduate degree in English (Film and
Communications) from McGill University and a Master of Communication
Studies degree from the University of Calgary.
