Research Privacy
Staying Compliant. Protecting Respondents. Protecting our Clients.

At Cameron Strategy, respecting the privacy of all parties who participate in our research is an important part of our commitment to our respondents and clients.

As a respondent, when you participate in a research study conducted by our organization, you can be confident that any personal information that you share with us will remain solely with us. When you participate in one of our studies, whether in person, by telephone, mail or the Internet, you can be assured that your individual responses will be confidential and that your responses will never be shared or sold to another organization without your expressed permission.

As a client, we are committed to ensuring that any information or data provided to us is used solely for the agreed upon research purposes. We also ensure that our clients are compliant with all requirements of any applicable privacy legislation, to mitigate any risks associated with any research related purposes. Explicitly, Cameron Strategy will not use, copy, or divulge any information provided by clients, including internally distributed periodicals and notes, database records and reports without the express written consent of our clients. These terms cover all of Cameron Strategy’s business - its employees, agents, contractors, assigns and successors - and is applicable to the term of any client engagement.

Our Privacy Policy is designed to ensure the responsible use of personal information as specified by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act of Canada (2000, c. 5), and legislation enacted in jurisdictions we may be conducting research.

If you have any concerns and wish to talk to the Senior Researcher about privacy matters, we encourage you to contact Brian F. Singh, Vice President, Research, and Privacy Officer at Cameron Strategy.
